Thank you for shopping with TargetLine. Please read the following terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.
Please be aware, the date of delivery of your order may vary due to carrier holidays, last mile delivery with your local postal service, shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery and the total quantity of items ordered.
In addition, all orders are subject to product availability, your order may be delivered in separate shipments. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order.
You are able to track your orders using the tracking number provided within the shipping email you received when your order was processed.
For items not received, you can file a claim within sixty (60) days from order date. We reserve the right and discretion to reject claims after that time frame. For timely filed claims, we will:
- Open an investigation with our delivery partner (takes 7-10 days to complete);
- In case of confirmed non-delivery, the delivery partner typically will find and deliver your package; and
- In case of confirmed non-delivery and your package is not found, we will either refund you or replace your order.
Due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, international items may be subject to delays or restrictions. Changes in transport procedures (e.g. border controls), changes in international transport (e.g. cancellation of previously used flight connections) and/or changes in delivery procedures in the destination country (e.g. quarantine or other protective measures) may cause an impact on our ability to maintain all our usual service levels.

Our Return Policy lasts 30 days and it takes effect from the time you receive your purchase. If more than 30 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or price equivalent in store credit.
You will be responsible for paying return postage and ensuring the item is tracked. All delivery costs are non-refundable.

- You will be provided with a return address and RMA number
- When we receive the product, you will receive a refund within 5 business days.
Always contact us before returning your items, otherwise we will be unable to track the and process your return/refund.
